Okay im gonna play a 500 pt army an i came up with this

Looks good enough, no major flaws. Orks suck at this point level btw.

Orks at 500 points might demolish foes, if you go with 3x trukk bois, but one nob unit to half your army, in a ramshackling trukk, aint gonna do much, since about everything kan tear those paper vechiles away.

Should i just make it 2 huge squads of boys and a warboss?

I would consider giving the warboss mega-armour. for just 100 pts you'd get a warboss with TL shoota, PK, and a 2+ armour save. not sure how much you'd need the invuln save in a 500 pt. game, especially if he is joined with a boyz mob.

i dont have anything to use as a mega armoured warboss

Just stick stuff onto him and make him look bulky. Use spare flat bits or just polystyrene or styrofoam if you don't have any. Unless you're playing at an h-core tournament.
