Warlock with guardians, 4 biker warlocks and farseer are one separate unit.

Idea is relatively obvious, spiritseers and wraithguard hunt high armour infantry, monstrous creatures and any tanks that the wraithlords and crimson hunter can't handle. Waveserpents nail low av tanks and infantry. Bikes fly around causing a general hassle and objective grabbing etc.

Any large oversights I have made?

They all look like fairly balanced lists imho. If I were to make changes I'd say drop the wraithlord and go with a fire prism, better anti armour with the ability to target infantry as well. In the lower points games I'd recommend splitting the jetbike units into small units of three. Better to capture objectives with. Also your not losing 6 man or 9 man squads if things go wrong.
