yeah i love the idea, and its pretty simple to make work, provided some rules get made

just wondering how many pepole would be up for it, we get enough ill make a game

but we need an IRC or some other chat program to do it on, cause forums are dam too slow!

Me and my friends play with 40k rpg in a way that we invented although it isn't quite RPG but here is a brief explanation.
There's a Games Master who chooses what we can fight. We can all start with a certain amount of points like 100 and there is no amount of guys you need to have in a squad, for instance i would maybe chooses a GK justicar and play with him. Then the GM throws some things at you and your friends then once you've beaten he chooses how many more points you can get for every player and the role they took in the fight.
