Not necessarily. If you have a Deathwing army, it's nice to have the Land Raiders.

Besides, most people do play Apocalypse these days-- everyone enjoys big games now and again, and there's a lot of hot stuff that you can't use in regular games. Locally, we'e been playing Apocalypse more than anything else since the release.

A friend has already said he will buy a Land Raider from me. If I sell it to him for £30 (£5 off) then I get 3 types of Land Raider for £70.

As for Apocalypse, if you play 40k and are like so many you're busily putting together a mighty Apocalypse army.
