Here is a 3000pt pure DH list that I am thinking about using. Give me some feedback.

HQ (Deep Striking)
-Grand Master (w/ Psycannon bolts (10), Master-crafted weapon (15), Icon of the Just (25), Psychic hood (20), Hammerhand (10), scourging (0)) Total: 225
-Retinue: 9 Grey Knight Terminators- Total: 414

Welcome to the Boards..always nice to see another GK player:grin:

GK Heroes are a 0-1 choice so you can't take 2 GM's...you can take BC Stern as a second HQ choice though, even as a 'counts as' if you want.

Personally, I would drop the number of GKT down enough so you can afford at least one more Troop choice...3 in a 3K list is running it pretty fine.
I only run my 2 - Psycannon Squads as 6 Men..works well enough as they're static firebases a lot of the time. You could build another Squad with the extras to give you an extra Scoring Unit.

Haha thanks!

I was kinda wondering about that. But I'm glad I found out now. I'm actually working on changing the elite terminator choice to an inquisitor squad with mystics as the guy I normal play runs blood angels so if I can fire at him as soon as he drops his entire army in that would be nice. also I think I might make the second GM a BC and like you said take a few termies out of each unit so I can make another grey knight squad.

Technically you can only give the GM 1 psychic power so stick with the scourging and drop the hammerhand ( hammer hand is kinda pointless... odds are he'll be running after infantry and a nemesis force weapon is better than the not power power fist)

I find that many GKTs deep striking is too dangerous to a big pie plate, and losing that many is a real game changer.

Apart from that, I agree with HOBO, only 3 Squads in 3K seems a bit thin, but I have found that Physcannons work best in small support squads, with one physcannon squad for every large PAGK equipped with just storm bolters.

Also at 3K your probably going to encounter a LOT of tanks, so try giving every justicar Meltabombs and at least one TH/SS per GKT.

Might want to edit out those point values! They are a big no-no,
It is ok as long as it is whole unit costs, and not individual upgrade costs. :eek:k:
