Why do you want to put the Chaplain with the Sternguard? He seems....well, kinda useless in that squad. Where my thought starts and finishes with this is that Chappy's are good because of Zealot, and why would you ever choose to charge instead of shoot with Sternguard? Please enlighten me if this is just some next level tactical play that I totally missed.
Plus Terminator armour barely makes him more survivable, takes up two spots on the Pod, and stops the squad from preforming a Sweeping Advance on the enemy.
Aside from that guy the list looks tight. As per my above comment, if I were to change anything I would drop the Chaplain and the Terminator armour on the Librarian for either another Dreadnought in a Pod or another Stormtalon. I'd also play the Libby with the Sternguard, which is how you typically play them if I recall correctly...? I'd also be tempted to drop the DWMLs on the Pods for another Sternguard member, but they were handy in my last game.
