Ok, kinda, sorta a new take on the list. See what you think.

CotGW Detachment
HQ:
Wolf Lord w/ RA, TWM, Kraken, SS - 225pts
Dudes a CC monster, i thought about a battle leader, but eh, im willing to put the points into him
Rune Priest w/ runic weapon - 60pts
Rune Priest w/ runic weapon - 60pts
i see putting one each with the long fangs to make them a lot more effective with divination. i think they could help with a reserve roll to, am i right?

Elite:
5 Termies - 225pts
- (Leader) twin claws
- assault cannon
- thunder hammer
- 2x combi-flamer
deep strike them in, let them tear some stuff up provided they get there
Iron Priest w/ TWM - 105pts
his two main jobs are to provide a TH for the TWC and to keep the two razorbacks going that are escorting my TWC up the field.

Fast Attack:
5 TWC - 285pts
- (Leader) SS, WC
- SS, FS
- SS
- 2x BP&CS
They just need to get up the field with any sort of strength and chew through stuff. I might have an issue against CC armies or hordes like dark eldar, tyranids or orks, but most of my META plays some form of marines. and like 1 MC tyranid player
Razorback /w LasPlas - 75pts
Razorback /w LasPlas - 75pts
They move the TWC up the field, plus try and take out some armour along the way

Heavies:
4 Long Fangs w/ 3 MLs, Razorback w/ LasPlas - 180pts
4 Long Fangs w/ 3 MLs - 105pts

Fellhanded Brethren Formation
Bjorn w/ Hell Frostcannnon, drop pod w/ locator beacon - 265pts
Vern Dred w/ Claw, HF, MM, drop pod - 170pts
Vern Dred w/ Claw, HF, MM, drop pod - 170pts
Ok, talk to me goose, are these points well spent? would i be better without the formation and take like 3 verns with axes and shields? are the formation bonuses worth it? do you think these guys will make back their points ever? should i even take the three dreads at all? if you have any feedback or experience with this, id like to hear it.

I had written like 4 or 5 in depth paragraphs on strategy and tactics with good units, then I lost it by posting without my internet connected. So without all the words, here's an idea I came up with.

225 Your Wolf Lord
240 5x TWC (1x PF/SS wolf)

225 Your same Terminator squad
150 Rifleman Dread with Pod
150 Rifleman Dread with Pod

85 3x LFs with 2x Lascannon
85 3x LFs with 2x Lascannon

235 Stormwolf with Meltas
35 Rhino
35 Rhino

<1500 points.

Baby LFs are for distraction. Dreads get back armor or pods can block LOS for the wolf advance. Rhinos can block LOS/give cover, move out of the way, then flat out at the end of the shooting phase right back in the way. Then you still have over 500 points to play with.
