I have to say why poison. Sure you want it to be fun, but I doubt that your opponents would say what kind of fun army is this?! No poison flesh hounds?! Its just a waste of points on a unit you just want to throw away anyways. I have always like Valkia but she is hard to use effectively. The sorcs look fine. All in all, the list should be a good time.

You need to check the FAQ's

the Book of Secrets just got nerfed, its not feesable to use on your lv2 since it would make him a lv by default that cant channel. & only LV3.Lv4 Sorcerers may choose the Shadow Lore.

Chaos hounds with poison is a super waste...

If you want the book of shadows now, the best bet is to put it on a chosen, this gives you access to the spell you want most (level 1 shadow) without nerfing a wizard or wasting items for an exalted. If you make the chosen tzeentch he has +2 to cast
