So i've taken advice from a bunch of people and now i wanna build a list all by myself. But that doesn't mean i don't want feedback tear me to pieces.
Ok this is the list I wanna play on sat for fun.

4 ten man tac squads w/ melta and missle in rhino's

1 Scout squad w/ Camo cloaks and sniper rifles one heavy bolter, Telion

Elites

2 Venerable Dread w/ 2 TLAC

Ironclad Dread

Heavy Support

2 Vindicator w/ seige shields




I've got some odd 235pts left over and i need some help on spending them and all in all though its a decent build. IMHO atleast.

3x Land Speeders w/ HF/MM. Then give out melta bombs like its candy on valentine's day.

They are all in rhino's except for scouts. maybe drop a dread and add a termi assault squad with TH/SS and put them and Cassius in a DP?

please excuse, i did't read your post to the end
problem with the drop pods is that you can't charge the turn they come in, so if they only come in at round 2, they can jhust do damage in turn 3, and that if your opponent doesn't move.
Maybe a normal terminator squad with one assault cannon (or a rocket launcher)
