one thing is technically your furioso libbies are illegal. the Faq says furioso librarians cannot take additional wargear, heres the part in the faq
Q: Can a Furioso Librarian take additional equipment
(such as extra armour)?
A: No.
so you just got 50 pts to play with (if your going to listen to the faq) i would suggest upgrading the flamestorm cannon to an assault cannon and give it side bolters, then if you take out the tl las cannons on the baals you could get a third libby dread and you have 5 points left over
you would lose some anti-tank fire power but gain another flying av 13 target
But its a solid list i would love to see all those models on a table!
