With the new box set coming out, I'm intrigued by the High Elves, and want to give them a shot.

One thing I'll admit upfront: I'm not impressed with the sea guard. Regular spearmen are a lot cheaper and are just as good in close combat. The sea guard can shoot, but I'd rather spend the points on another bolt thrower. I have no immediate interest in replacing the spearmen with sea guard.
