What do you want the list to do?
Who are you likely to fight?
What is your playstyle?
What terrain will there be?
Is this for a tournament?

As above, a little more info would be usefull.

Also, unless tempus and ig have special ally rules, there are one to many fast attack choices in the ally section.

Apart from that, i would remove the power weapons on the vets.
They cant really do anything with it.
I would also remove the medic on the platoon command. They aint important not to protect that much.
And they still die plenty fast with it.
And then i would find the points for the 3 melta dor the vets. The chimeras dont last for ever, and even when they do, the special weapons are the total sum of their usefullness.

That being said, i like the fast lightning strike feel of the list.


Please let us know if it works, would be nice to be able to use a less static Guard army

This appears to be two Combined Arms Detachments, not an CA/ally list. They're in the same Faction, and can't ally one to the other, so that is correctly done.

I don't like that most of your vehicles are air and fragile.

Also, I think you'd be better off with the Airlanding formation from the Tempestus. That would change your Vendetta to the 3rd Valk, and require the transformation of one Vet Squad into a Tempestus Squad w/valk.
