I am pretty sure it us one standard per army now. I also am thinking we can only take the standard 2 HQ now if this is supposed to be a standard Battleforged list.
Personally I would not run speeders or bikes in a SW list, I would bring more Cav. I also would not run Scouts at all, for 85 points you could have a deep striking Lone Wolf in TDA with TH/SS.
