So I've been trying to make a horde list as optimal as possible, and right now I've got two options.

The original:

Grotsnik
Big Mek-KFF

15 Lootas
15 Lootas
15 Lootas

30 Sluggas-Nob,PK,BP,cybork bodies
30 Shootas-Nob,PK,BP,3 Big Shootas
30 Shootas-Nob,PK,BP,3 Big Shootas
30 Shootas-Nob,PK,BP,3 Big Shootas

So lots of firepower, lots of bodies, and pretty good resilience with Grotsnik's FnP mob and the KFF for the others.

I had a tweak that sounded pretty good too.

Grotsnik
Big Mek-KFF

15 Lootas
15 Lootas
15 Lootas

30 Sluggas-Nob,PK,BP,Cybork Bodies
30 Shootas-Nob,PK,BP,3 Big Shootas
30 Shootas-Nob,PK,BP,3 Big Shootas

3 Kannons-3 Ammo Runts,Runtherd
3 Kannons-3 Ammo Runts,Runtherd
3 Kannons-2 Ammo Runtd,Runtherd

So I lose one of the Shoota squads for 9 Kannons. Less bodies, but a lot more firepower.

What do you think is better?

I was sure I posted in this thread this morning.

Anyway, Agreed with KoC

Looats are best run in groups of 8-10 (11 at a a stretch) especially since they are your only anti-tank that is a lot of wasted shots

even if not kan wall. More bodies is best.

Get some grots. 67 points for 19 of them as a wall to protect your lootaz, priceless and they can take objectives
