Hi Jake.
Things that occured to me:
Stick High on your L2 and take a nasty lore on your L4 - you'll still pick up useful spells (Arrow Attraction, Shield, Fury etc) but can really devastate with the L4.
The BoSorcery needs to move as has been said, but is awesome - consider taking Annulian Crystal too on your L2. Combined with Drain Magic, you should be able to dominate both magic phases and maximise your investment in Mages.
Sword masters are devastating, but not good as survivable hanging back as PG or WL. Guess it's what comes in the box though so..
I would suggest beefing your seaguard with the points and maybe squeezing another 5 Reavers in instead. Lots more arrows, and can be efective when your enemy doesn't come to you.
PS. Do you want the Skaven in the box? Would you consider splitting one?
