Here's a more friendly oriented Bretonnia list, in which I attempted to go magic heavy and remain semi-competitive. Let me know what you guys think.

Alright guys and gals, heres a different approach to Bretonnia. I'm beefing up the magic ability at the expense of cutting back on some knights and combat characters. Let me know what you think.

Unless I am mistaken you have too many characters. The max at 2000pts is 4 characters one of which can be a lord. Besides that it seems like a decent list

Really interesting build, I look forward to seeing how it turns out for you. I am wondering how effective your Peg Knights and yoemem are going to be being in so small of units though. Good luck with it.
Pegasus Knights for me are used as Wizard and War Machine hunters primarily, and then either to take out weak units or get flank/rear charges later in the game. Since this isn't a RAF list, they will not be taking units head on. So a small unit is optimal. This is also due to the fact that 3 PK are alot easier to hide behind trees or buildings than 4 or 5 are.

The yeomen are going to be used in the same manor, harassing units and trying to bait charges from the enemy. They don't need to be able to take a lot of abuse since they shouldn't be in a prolonged combat, if they even get into combat at all. If they die, well, they are meant as a cheap distraction unit anyways :).

Bretonnia is the exception to the rule due to them having to take a mandatory General and BSB. They are allowed an extra character compared to other armies. So while you are correct that most armies are allowed only 4 characters at 2000 points, Bretonnia is allowed 5.

Cool, understand your point about the peg knights. I forgot to add the mount as being an additional model for unit strength. Does Bretonnia still get that wild ward save for giving up the first turn to do that prayer thing? If it does then these guys are going to tear up some units.

Would that mean that a Paladin on foot with a unit of [email protected] would allow the entire unit to benefit from the Vow?
No, only the Paladin would get the ward save, as the peasants only have the Peasant's Vow. However if a character joins a peasant unit with the Prayer Icon of Quenelles, by using the Icon, it bestows the Blessing on the unit.
