Looks nice at first glance but I'd drop the Champions of the Warriors and the Warshrine and get another Hellcannon. Though you might need some more points (Acid Ichor and FotG comes to mind) but I'm not sure, I'm too lazy to find my Army Book right now.

actually if anything im removing that hell cannon Im not sold on the Hell cannons in the first place, I AM sold on warshrine and champs, together they rule

I'm not liking the lord on Jugger. Seems out of place in your foot army. 3x15 Warriors is a lot low for current edition play. 2x25 seems better, if you drop the jugger, you should be fine.
