Not a bad list by any stretch.

I'd drop one of the sorcerers though and bulk up the warrior unit. Maybe drop chosen from it,and bulk it up a little more. I prefer bigger units, and a general rule of thumb for me is no more than one character per 500pts.

From a fluff point of view, the hounds would be drooling to tear the sorcerers apart though.

drop one unit of hounds you dpn't really need two drop one sorcerer and bulk up the warrior unit

Yeah, I agree with Sinks and Panda. I've never really found hounds very useful, and you'll need your warriors bigger to help handle shooting etc.

I think that it is a very good start for the chaos army.

IMO I think that you should keep the two units of hounds and use them to screen your warrior units from shooting for a turn or two. I would lose the chosen in order to bulk up the units a bit and maybe maybe add the Banner of Wrath to add some damage after your magic has soaked up those dispel dice.

yeah warhounds are useful for crenning and also for harrassing flanks. Furies are also very good in the same role, but prehaps wait for more points. 1 Sorceror would be pretty cack so stick with it as is.
