The story behind this army list (if you really want to read it all, open the spoiler, otherwise list is below):
Tactics for this army are straightforward: Load up da boyz, charge with the battlewagons, krump anything they come across wiv' da deffrollas, and the meganobz wipe up any survivors. If I were to go bigger with this army (say, 1500), I'd probably add either more mega-ladz or some Killa Kans for fire support.

Comments and criticism wanted, keep in mind this would be a very casual army (if I even decided to make it), so it doesn't have to be the best, just not absolute garbage
I was very bored the other day so I started thinking of ideas for interesting army lists I write up. I've printed off PDFs for every codex in existance (with the exception of Necrons, DE, and Inquisition), so when I'm bored I simply flip through the codexes in search of ideas.
I then heard from various sources about "deffwing." For those unfamiliar with the term, it's a sort of "reverse orks" list. No boyz, all meganobz, a small but dead 'ard army. How effective this will be, I have no idea, but it seems like a fun army both to play and to model.
I'm tempted to continue this trend and create more "reverse armies", that is, armies that completely reverse the most commonly held axiom of the army. Methinks my next step will be a CCQ-focused Guard army
The other thing I like about this army is a bit of background I came up with it. I started the idea of two five-man meganobz squads, each lead by a mega-armoured Warboss, and tried to run with it fluff-wise. Looking at more examples of duality in ork lore, I decided that the army would be two warboss brothers, each emphasizing aspects of ork kultur. The first warboss, Smashface Facesmasha, a.k.a "Da Blue Boss", is the "Gork" of this army; fighty but kunnin', straightforward and ready to krump some humies! The other warboss, Wazshaka Zogteef, a.k.a "Da Yellow Boss" is the "Mork" of the army, kunnin' but fighty; he's the smarter of the two, manuvering his boyz to the fightin' all smart-like. Note how the two coexist, however: Blue and yellow together make green
