So, keeping in mind I will be mostly playing against mechanized marines/single lash lists, this is a list I've come up with. My biggest critiism is that It may be a little to light on the troops.

I figured the bolter-steak gives me a serious chance of wounding a DP or librarian, and the Liber helps me get the table side I want so I can put my assassing in the right place. His squad is putting out some decent firepower, though I was unsure whether to go with the plasma cannon.

I'd strongly consider dropping the multi-melta from the Celestians and fitting a TL multimelta to the Immolator. The Celestians are the only CC unit you have and a heavy weapon probably won't be much good to them.

It is never, NEVER, worth putting a storm bolter in a standard squad of sisters.

See if you can scrape up the points to slap a Plasma Cannon on the gun servitor. Perhaps drop a couple of Battle Sisters if you have to. Plasma Cannons make MEQ cry.

Sucks, but the Liber Heresius will not work under 5th ed rulebook scenarios. Also the list seems to be going at 1012 points?

You don't need to spend too much on a psychic hood and bolter-stake combo, so I've cut down some points from the inquisitor lord and canoness to mechanize everyone: rhinos for the sisters and lord to make them more durable, and immolators for the storm troopers to make them viable against infantry.

I admit that this doesn't solve the lack of numbers, though. You'd have to drop the assassin and lord for that to work.

Hmmm, havn't got my codex on me and but my spreadsheet is telling me it's 997. Will fix it later.

Unfortunately I don't have the models to mechanize my entire army, I only have 1 immolater and 2 rhinos. Not to keen on dropping the assassin, he has been incredibly useful at knocking out PF seargants and special weapons carriers recently.

I might bump the Inquisitor lor to just an inquisitor, drop the liber, grap some plasma cannony goodness. Or I could just take the inquisitor by himself and put him in a storm trooper squad and drop in a unit of seraphim.
