Made some additions to my DE 1500pt list and came up with this. The additions made are the two Trueborn squads, their accompanying Venoms, and the Harlequin squad.

Like the list, only thing would be to change the 1st unit of scourges Splinter Cannons to Haywire Blasters for some additional anti vehicle shooting - Imperial Knights being my prime concern.
Personal preference would be to outkit both scourge units with either Haywire Blasters (my prefered) or Heat Lances (better if you want more that can damage Riptides etc) though.
Btw are you allowed to only take 3 haywire grenades in a 4 man trueborn squad, pretty sure entire unit have to take them.
Also your points are of on the 2nd scourge squad with Heatlances it should be 134 pts
