1850 White Scars CAD

Idea for a white scars list I had. Its built using a single CAD + raptor wing formation. Very fitting to the white scars fluff, but it'll also kick you teeth in. Need something to get into the face of my friend's corner camping tau gunline BS.

1850 on the nose. For the libby's powers, I'll roll on divination once. If I get a useful power I'll keep it and roll again. If I roll something useless I'll swap it out for prescience and then roll once on telepathy, taking shriek if I don't roll invis or shrouding. He'll obviously ride with the command squad. Kahn will probably go with the flamer squad and go after chaff. Thoughts?
