This list is meant to be just a lot of fun but I'm wondering if it has potential to be competitive and if anyone has any ideas to make it better. Here goes:

WINDRIDER HOST:

1 Farseer Skyrunner w/ Spirit Stone - 130
1 Vyper w/ double Shuriken Cannons - 50
1 Warlock on Jetbike - 50
3 Windriders w/ Scatter Lasers - 81
3 Windriders w/ Scatter Lasers - 81
3 Windriders w/ Twin-Linked Shuriken Catapults - 51

ASPECT HOST:

5 Dark Reapers w/ Exarch w/ Starswarm Missiles (Exarch only) - 148
5 Warp Spiders w/ Exarch - 105
6 Swooping Hawks w/ Exarch - 106
5 Striking Scorpions w/ Exarch w/ Claw - 125
5 Striking Scorpions w/ Exarch w/ 2x Chainsabres - 105
5 Fire Dragons w/ Exarch w/ Firepike - 135

OUTCASTS:

5 Rangers - 60

DEDICATED TRANSPORT:

1 Wave Serpent w/ TL Scatter Laser and Shuriken Cannon - 125

LIVING LEGENDS:

1 Maugan Ra (goes with Harlequins) - 195

ALLIED ATTACHMENT - CAST OF PLAYERS

1 Death Jester w/ haywire grenades - 65
1 Shadowseer Psychic Mastery lvl 2, Mask of Secrets, Neuro Disruptor, Haywire Grenades- 115
1 Troupe Master w/ Haywire Grenades, Caress, Crescendo - 53
4 Players - 2 Regular, 2 w/ Kisses - 86

Would this list be competitive? How can I improve? Would this be strong against specific races? The Striking Scorpions and Rangers infiltrate and provide early distraction and board control. Meanwhile the Harlequins march up the table and Maugan Ra/ Death Jester fire away until they reach CC with target. Reapers provide cover fire and anchor. Scorpions, Rangers, Harlequins, Reapers force enemy out of position which allows my entire Windrider host to come off reserve and clean up. (except for farseer unit who will hide back and support with psychic abilities). Dragons hunt in the serpent and hawks and spiders deep strike harass.
