The Farseers buff up the Banshees, dragons, and Avengers

Wraith lord, war walkers, Dragons, and Banshees provide close support for the avengers

Dark Reapers and rangers take out big targets like monstrous creatures

Rangers sit on home objective

Not a bad list, but that melee Wraithlord doesn't fit in this list. This is a list built around speed, where your elements zoom in via the Wave Serpents, and then with a little help from your farseers beat or shoot the living daylights out of whatever they come up against.

The War Walkers and Dark Reapers do a little shooting to support their advance whilst the Wraithlord legs it for all he's worth, and ever dies before he can fire a shot, or else gets their to late. If I were you I'd scrap him and get some rangers.

Hey Ahuman55
Not entirely sure what the purpose of this list is or, if you even want criticism (the title doesn’t say much). Having said that, I can see a few issues with your list.
You would do better to focus your list either, fully mech, or fully infantry. With your current list, your 4 wave serpents and walkers strongly suggest mech, yet you are also running juicy infantry targets such as the dark reapers.

Not a bad choice. Although, Eldrad is cheaper and has more ultility.

Elites:
(6) Fire Dragons-131 pts (1 Farseer goes with them)
Exarch w/ Fire pike
Tank Hunters
Drop the Exarch—the unit will be able to do its job just fine, without this points sink.
-Wave Serpent w/ Bright Lances-135 pts
This Serpent is going to be a main target of your opponent and probably moving flat out in the first turn—thus the TL bright lances are a waste, instead use TL shuriken cannons on this serpent and think of upgrading your dire avengers serpents with the bright lances.

(6)Howling Banshees-128 pts (1 Farseer goes with them)
Exarch w/ Mirror swords
Acrobatic
War Shout
-Wave Serpent w/ Shuriken Cannons-100 pts
Your banshee squad is too few in numbers to make a real impact—if you’re going to run banshees, then make sure the squad is at least 8 strong. I would give the exarch an executioner so the squad can deal with higher toughness enemies.

(5) Rangers-95 pts
Your troops aren’t bad although, your ranger squad is a little small, if you intend it to do anything other than contest an objective—a 66 point Guardian Jetbike squad might be better for this.
Heavy Support:
Wraith lord-100 pts
Dual flamers
Wraith Sword
As mentioned above the wraithlord is going to be too slow moving for the rest of your list

(3)War Walker Squad-180 pts
6 Scatter Lasers

(5)Dark Reapers-217 pts
Exarch w/ Missile launcher
Fast Shot
The walkers are great but, I can't see Dark Reapers earning their worth in this list—you could leave them in but, the safer option would just be to remove them and run 2x fire prisms.
Hope this helps.

Edit:
Overall, I would drop the two seers for Eldrad, drop the reapers and wraithlord for 2 prisms and use your spare points to alter the weapons on your serpents and increase your banshees/rangers squad size

I personally like the two farseer list. One thing to consider is that Eldrad while incredible but does not have fleet therefore not necessarily the best choice to put with banshees. I always run banshees with a doom/fortune seer. Next run a guide/doom seer with a squad of Dire Avengers.

oldman has a good point, however, if you do that, i'd consider consolidating the bikes into one unit as two Jetbike units at 3 men each is a potential easy kill.

good hunting.

However the main thing those seers is that one must have runes of warding. Not only are they useful but it is always funny when enemy psykers (like that annoying librarian who thinks he is clever by having a psychic hood) heads explode from failed perils of the warp attacks.
