I think we'll see a wave of lists like this. Eldar providing a backbone to a Harlequin army.
Do you think Wraithlords with Bright Lances would be a better investment than WraithKnights? You'd get more Anti-tank, and would actually be able to get a little more.
Even having 2 Wraithlords with bright lances, then a squadron of 3 WarWalkers with Starcannons for anti-infantry.
Also, I feel that the Wave Serpent, due to being so powerful at the moment, is something Harlequins benefit from having around. So perhaps, instead of Rangers, small DA squads in WSs would be a good call.
I wouldn't bother with any of the unique Harlequin items other than the Rose.
