you might want to change some of those tac squads to plasma weapons

Drop the Thunder fires, one auto-cannon dread and one librarian. This'll give you the points to add in three dakka preds to give a wall of AV 13 in front of your AV 11. then use the rest of your points to buy some mobile meltas. Because right now your list has no reliable way to stop raiders and the other issue is you're a major glass hammer that relies on getting first turn.

I think you would be better off with a master of the forge and conversion beamer. If he gets an assault special in your ranks you are going to get eat'n alive. even with a gun line you still need a manuver element. If he has bigger guns and digs in you are going to get hammered. Look at dropping a tac squad and getting a bike squad or a speeder squad.
