Hi Guys

Just wanted some comments on the below list, am aiming for as much tactical flexibility as possible without going Tiggy or Big Daddy Smurf

HQ: Captain Sicarius - 185 pts

Drop Pod

Elite: Ironclad Dreadnought - 180 pts
Drednought Powerfist, Heavy Flamer, Seismic Hammer, Meltagun
Drop Pod

Elite: 10 Sternguard Veterans - 265 pts
Drop Pod

Troops: 5 Scouts - 100 pts
Bolters x5
Land Speeder Storm, Heavy Bolter

Troops: 10 Tactical Marines - 180 pts
Plasma gun, Combi-Plasmagun, Missile Launcher

Troops: 10 Tactical Marines - 200 pts
Plasma gun, Combi-Plasmagun
Rhino

Troops: 10 Tactical Marines - 200 pts
Plasma gun, Combi-Plasmagun
Rhino

Fast Attack: Stormtalon Gunship - 125 pts
Twin Linked Assault Cannon, Skyhammer Missile Launcher

Heavy Support: 5 Devastators - 130 pts
Missile Launcher x4

: Aegis Defence Line - 100 pts
Gun Emplacement with Quad-Gun

Ideally I would want a bit more ranged anti tank (lascannons) but cannot decide what I should cut to gain them

You could always combat squad your devastators with 2x lascannons and 2x Missile Launchers. Alternatively, drop the LS storm and quad gun and include a 5 man dev squad with lascannons.

All in all it depends on how you want to play. From the list you have given it looks like a split between up close meltas and IC dreads and gun line from range.

What kind of army are you going to play against?
