Looks like I'm going to be squaring up against Chaos Space Marines tomorrow at the local GW since I got the day off work. Don't know what I'm facing aside from the army type, but I feel like this should give those traitors a run for their money. Check this out, let me know what you think:

Baal Predator - TLAC, HBs

Stormraven - TLLC, TLMM

1800 on the nose. I was contemplating taking 10 man Tactical squads, but I've been liking having the Baal and the RBs running together. I feel like my biggest problem could be Objective Secured...it's why I tied one of my last two games instead of winning it. Also, a bunch of FMCs could ruin my day and I'm completely ignoring the Psychic Phase....

Any suggestions are welcome.

Everything about this list works exactly the way I wanted it to. I achieved victory at the beginning of the 5th turn, when at 7-1 VPs (using Tactical Objectives) my opponent conceded.

I think the only thing(s) I would change to remain at this point level would be to drop the Drop Pod RAS and the Scouts for some Sternguard in a Pod. I might be further tempted to drop the Priest in that scenario for a ML2 Libby in the Pod with the Sternguard for Prescience or (an attempt at) Wings of Sanguinius.

To boost it up to 1850 I think I might just add TLAC turrets for both Razorbacks and MBs for both Tactical squads.
