1750 nurgle leadership abuse

The list is a combination of a Renegades of Vraks CAD and a Daemonic Incursion detachment. It hopefully works together pretty well. The idea is the renegades start on the field. Nurglings infiltrate somewhere as per usual. I'm hoping to deepstrike the 60 plaguebearers and 3 soul grinders turn 2. The shell shock (pinning at -1LD) rule on the heavy quad launchers plus the global -1 LD from the doomsday bell should help keep frustrating units pinned. Not sure if i'm sold on the forgehost. I included it for anti-flier and anti-tank, but there might be better options out there.

The issue I see here is that you are dependent on those guys coming in turn two. If they don't, you're completely screwed with no other targets out there except your artillery. That tallyband can footslog across the board, I promise. It's much tougher than you think if you can move from cover to cover. Additionally when there are 60 plague zombies and 60 plaguebearers coming towards you you don't tend focus on the annoying artillery in the back. Threat overload. You'll lose some of course but as long as they don't have Str 8 large blasts you're going to be fine. Even then it's not a guarantee. The soul grinders can be either or. They've got the range to be deployed normally or deeps trike them in to give your opponent ANOTHER thing to worry about other than your artillery
