Hello!

Not bad, but may I make a suggestion? Just a small thing, but it should help a bit. Those Farseer would probably get better use out of Fortune than Guide. If they are going with the Harlies then Fortune is almost necessary to boost up that 5+ save (What I'd do), if with the Rangers then Fortune will make them really resilient to long range return fire (still good). Since either unit's shooting hits on a 3+ then you are not losing out too much on the loss of Guide. Doom on the other hand is nearly essential for both units, so is a keeper.

But as a plus, the Wraithlord has both Krak and Plasma Missiles, the EML is a lot like other armies' missile launchers in that way but the Plasma is slightly better due to better AP and Pinning.
Well, switching to Eldrad would make more sense if you were going to stay with the Rangers, and would net you the points to make them Pathfinders. As is the list is a bit troop light and any added toughness would be a boon. But two units of 5 is still a huge gamble, no matter how resilient at range. Just one Flamer getting close would mean a bad day for them.

Normal 2 Normal Farseers can run with the Harlies fairly well as they are also Fleet, whereas Eldrad is not. 2 Normal Seers will also be able to baby sit two units of Harlies with Fortune and still be able to Doom a target squad for each. Farseers also help out a bit against Walkers, where Harlies can really struggle.
