Combine the two 15 Warrior units and give them GW's. Drop the first Thane and get a unit of 19 Hammerers to house the Lord.
The BSB will need protective runes more than the actual runic banner as having his abilities are better than the better banner. Lastly I would drop the Gyro and get a Organ gun.
