Fluffy and hopefully effective list.

HQ -
Reclusiarch w/ melta bombs (135)

Elites -
Sanguinary priest w/ jump pack (75)

Troops -
x10 Assault squad w/ 2x melta, melta bombs (215)

x10 Assault squad w/ 2x flamer, hand flamer, melta bombs (215)

x9 Death company w/ power fist, drop pod (240)

x10 Tactical squad w/ flamer, missile launcher (170)

x10 Tactical squad w/ flamer, missile launcher (170)

Fast Attack -
Baal predator w/ TLAC, heavy bolters (145)

Baal predator w/ TLAC, heavy bolters (145)

1500 pts

aim is to get assault squads up quickly for objectives hopping between cover with priest to back up, whilst tacticals hold and shoot. DC drop in with chaplain behind enemy forces and Baals come in from reserve.

Any thoughts and suggestions would be great, look forward to your feedback :)

I would agree to the fragiosos but I dont really have the models for it which is why i used tactical squads. and ye, the power weapons would really boost up my close combat abilities.

As for my DA/BA list, this could be a basis. could swap tact squads and preds for some deathwing or ravenwing dont you think?

how about swapping the baals for lascannon preds? May offer more long range tank hunting capabilities??
