Need some help guys

This is my first attempt at a list in a while. I know all pods isn't awesomely competitive, but I am after something fun.

please guys, I need help. I know this list isn't great but I have no idea how to improve

The dread is a tank popper but I think I will add a heavy flamer to him.

Interesting though, I always liked plasma for rapid fire into MEQs. Maybe some more anti tank would be better.

I agree with fluff over competitiveness I play for fun anyway, otherwise I wouldn't run drop pod.

Thanks for the advice. Time to retool.
