I like the list, i'd probably drop the plasma guns for melta guns, and switch out the missile launchers for flamers. The turn you arrive your going to want to be able to pop two things when you land: Tanks, and infantry squads. The best way to do that is to drop flamer templates, and use melta guns at close range.
Be sure to specialise your squads so they are specialised to kill either tanks or infantry. (2 flamers in one squad, 2 melta in another for example).
I'm not sure about the dreadnought load out, what were you planning on using him for?
I'd take fluff over competitive anyway.
