Your problem with this cannot be fixed... It is an inherent fault in all drop lists. However, I will do what I can to help. First thing you should do is switch to Logan wing, you need to bring as much firepower to bare as humanly possible. Load them out with some CM so when they come in they can spread some pain around. I would say drop the dread and add some multi-melta LFs or a few packs of ML LFs.

I would go with a veriant of what true claw suggested but I would ditch the dread and the plasma, you have a lower model count as it is and you can't risk any plasma fuckups. I really would just go with PA units though since you could boost the model count a bit higher. If you are going to drop in a av14 unit I would go with 2 LS with MM and HF or drop in some MM LFs who could be given grimnar. I would split the two units of LF he has into 3 units of 3 MLs a group, assuming you don't take the MM drop group.
I still advise going with a Logan wing. This doesn't have enough firepower to do enough damage to last.
