One small change--trade the meltabombs and a lightning claw for a power fist. You get the benefit bonus attack of having 2 Specialist Weapons, but can choose which you want to use in any given assault phase. Fisticlaws! Gotta love em! (only a handful more points--order today!)

20 Cultist - 200
2x Flamer
Mark of khorne

I'd honestly just drop the MoK from these cultists. You're just making minis which you want to keep as cheap as possible rather than about 50% more expensive per model for a minimal stat improvement. I'd rather have 30 cultists than 20 who get an extra attack the first round of combat--it's the same number of attacks that round, but better in every other way. Also, by my count, those cultist units should be 140 points, not 200, each.

10 CSM - 222
2x Plasma gun
Squad with close combat weapon
Champion with powerfist
Mark of khorne
Rhino - 45
Extra armor
I'd probably go with meltas, not plasmas--just so you can shoot them and still assault, since the rest of the squad is geared so heavily that way! And I'd just grab a dirge caster on the Rhino, not extra armor, since vehicles get stunned so rarely.

Land raider - 250
Demonic possession
dirge caster

Defiler - 200
Power scourge
I'd be hesitant to take the Daemonic Possession on that LR, since a randomly allocated gobbled-up mini could well be your expensive Lord. Go ahead if you want to, but even a small chance at it seems like it would make for a pretty miserable game, when it eventually happened. Extra armor should be enough to keep the Rhino moving, if you ask me (plus no -1BS on the lascannons, which is important to get your money's worth out of that overcosted hunk of ceramite).

I might also go with a Maulerfiend rather than a Defiler, since it's better in combat and significantly cheaper--it just doesn't have some of the special rules or the big honking battle cannon.

Thanks for the advice mossy toe. I actually miscalculated a lot of that list. Dx

With the recalculation of points, and your suggestions, I've updated the list (its now technically 1501, but it's not an official tourney or anything so it should be o.k.). I am keeping the defiler in because I am facing orks, and it never hurts to have a battle cannon or 2. Also kept all the bolters on the CSM because....well I had about 40pts left and that there wasn't much else to add.

HQ:

3 Flamers

10 CSM - 225
Squad with CCW, pistols and bolters
2x Meltaguns
Champion with Powerfist
Mark of khorne
Rhino - 40
Dirge caster

10 CSM - 215

bolter/pb/ccw CSM are wonderfully flexible, I find: able to dish out a solid amount of combat pain (especially with the MoK, there) but no slouches at a range, either. They'll be outperformed by specialist melee super-units, of course, but will have little trouble clearing enemy troops from objectives and such.
