first off 2 too many heavy support, trade the havocs out for more berzerkers, drop on other heavy for a rhino for the berzerkers so they aren't foot slogging across the field getting shot-up,and drop the twin-linked bolter on your CSM champ and give him a power fist for excellent anti-tank/instant death capabilities.

As Izan stated, two too many heavy support. Vindicator is good for soaking up some damage, but I think it's widely over rated. Unless you play against swarm armies alot, i'd rather bring in a land raider, for reasons later told. Five havocs, i'm not a fan of havocs anyway but it seems that they are too mixed, they should be more specialized, but I would drop them altogether. I would suggest drop a defiler and bring in some elites, the terminators being my favoured choice. Obliterators are good, leave them as they are.

Khorne Berserkers are fine and it's not just because I run a Khorne army that I think they are awesome. Give them a RHINO ASAP! If you play against anyone who knows the game they will see the threat that is the Khorne Berserkers and shoot them up as fast as they can. Powerfist on the champ is perfect.

Your CSM unit need to be specialized, being mixed is not the way to go. Two meltas is a better option than two auto-cannons or mixed. Give this unit an icon, to save points give them an IoCG. Give the champ a PF. It's very much necessary. Rhino is good. Give the champ a Personal Icon if you want to deep strike your obliterators just for increased accuracy.

Now the terminators if you decide to bring them in are in the landraider if you go with that too. If you follow this you should think of giving them PFs and LCs. The reason being you may aussualt on the same turn you disembark from a landraider. Terminators coming out of a landraider are just deadly.

I'm not sure for your reasons on choosing Kharn, maybe you want him to run with your berserkers. Whatever your use for him I think a Daemon Prince of Nurgle with a daemon weapon and warptime is better suited to close combat, seeing as you don't have a specific army. I also think a Sorcerer with MoS and LoS is better suited in playing more competitive objective based games. Plus a Slaanesh sorcerer can feed enemy troops off objectives and into the obliterators plasma cannons .

If you can find the extra points squeeze in another unit of CSM with a Rhino. Just so your opponent has more troops to worry about, you seem to have to few troop choices.

Follow the advice if you wish,
Happy Gaming!

Your CSM are majorly messed up. The champion is a waste of points and adds nothing to the unit. Your weapon loadout is mish mash because you have a long range anti armour and anti troop weapon which cannot move and shoot but have a short range heavy anti armour and anti infantry weapon, these do not mix. For some reason you have extra armour but you're not exactly in a rush to get any where.

Berzekers need a rhino and you need another troop choice.

You have too many heavy support choices. You have 5 but you're only allowed 3. Drop the havocs because obliterators are a lot better, cons and pros to defiler vs vindicator but I found vindicators to be better and more hard hitting.

I hope that helps!
