I would first see the Vet. of the Ass. Squad take termie honors + lightning claws.

You also have tons of troops, which is good, but are you sure you dont want a fully dedicated AA unit rather than putting it all on the Tac sqauds?

out of curiosity why does he need dedicated Anti Air (AA) units for?
Speeders? aircraft? what?

keep the wirlwinds they will make for excelent fluff and will be hell funny when you shoot 3 large blast markers inot a swarm of hermaguants
but it seem's like a hell good list and a hell funnny list, good job

I would get a Land speeder or a unit of bikes in there, and swap out a Whirlwind for a Devastator squad. I would go for a unit of Close Combat Terminators over the Venerable Dreadnought too, as Deep strike is invaluable with a firepower oriented army like yours, because you will need some assault power.
