I've run a similar list in tourneys and it does pretty well. Key thing is to keep as much of the army together as you can, with flank assaults being a good tactic.
Personally I'd drop the gretchin along with a few lootas and add in some more boyz with choppas and sluggas.
Also I've heard that Kans with Grotzookas are a good alternative to rokkit launchas, so maybe give them a try.
Use the Deff Dredds aggressively as your opponent will be hard pressed to take all of them out in the space of a game.

ugh... walker Orks... I hate facing it... the list works though, dont get me wrong, im just venting on how nasty the list can be.

Now, mind you, this my opinion. Your list looks pretty good but you're lacking Boyz. I would trade the 3 Dredds for 3 Kans w/Grotzookas. Your gaining a BS of 3 and saving points. Toss the NAKED Mek and the Big Shootas from the mobs. The Shoota mobs have plenty of firepower. With the pts. saved, you can get another mob of 30 boyz and 2 mobs of 9 Lootas for more dakka support options. Now you have 4 troop choices and a lot more quality dakka.
