You dont need terminator,dont need familiar, and the only power i would take is lash.
I would also use the points from the dread you dropped to add another sorcerer and give him MoT and Lash also.

The two dreads are just going to walk across the field? Drop 1 of the 2 DCCW dreads. and make the remaining one another plasma cannon. and you dont need HF on plasma cannons.

Put sorcerer(s) with the plauge marines in the Rhinos.

Your plan in this one would to be use lash of submission from inside the Rhino to pull your emeny into the open. place his models all very close to one area or guy. then hit him hard with plasma cannons, as you now have 4.

the sorceres cant take lash and MoT the 1k son sorcer cant take lash, the HF is for the dreads CC arm, also no lash if i wanted lash id get DPs

Lash is Slaanesh and 1k Sons are Tzeentch... So lash is not an option there Scott...

I am not a fan of giving Chaos Dreads anything but DCCWs and heavy flamers.. One bad roll and that plasma cannon is going to start putting holes in your Rhinos... If you want a ranged weapon on a dreadnought why not just take a defiler? They are superior in my opinion. They are daemon possessed, have fleet and a marine killing pie plate for 25 points more than you have there.. And no chance of them turning crazed and obliterating your own units...

Dont get me wrong I do use Dreadnoughts.. When I dont have the heavy slots.. You could easily squeeze the oblits into one cult and have two defilers though..

Honestly aberson, the only thing I would change would be to give the Meltagun PM squad the powerfist, and the Plasmagun squad the Power Weapon

This list looks really interesting...I've yet to try my Dred in a battle. How good are they? They seem to be so risky..but I've never tried. I do definitely love the defilers though, I have been running two of those in my 2250 list and they seem to get the job done. I'm not sure about the Sorc in Termie armor...I would probably prefer him in a transport rather than just walking out in the open, but you'd have to drop the armor. Just my opinion though.

As you said a fun list then definately thats a good list. Dreads can be even funner when they go bonkers. And being competitive arsehole dual lash prince chaos isn't very fun unless you're one of those competetive arsehole people.
