Hi guys!
The list:

Qg:
chaos L. Bike, power fist, lightning claw, seal, mark of slaanesh.

Sorcerer: lv3, spell familiar, seal, bike, m.bombs, psy-axe.

Troops:
5 noise marine, blastmaster, rhino, m.bombs.

5 noise marine, blastmaster, rhino, m.bombs.

Fast:
5 bikes, mark of slaanesh, icon of excess, 2×meltagun. (Lord goes here)

5 spawn, mark of nurgle (sorc here)

Heavy:
2x obli mark of nurgle
2x obli mark of nurgle

171 points left.

Any advice? Can Lord work with this setting? I very like noise marines

Or maybe that's not your style?

I'm also a big fan of Noise Marines, and usually field them the same way as you.
I do however like having more than just two units of five in a 1500 points game, and I'd definitely recommend adding another unit just like the two you already have. Thats what, 165 points?
Three Blastmasters means more fun than two!

Another option would be just add another unit of two oblits. I guess you're planning on deep striking them, since you have fast units like Bikes and Spawns?

I like the list, and personally I'd choose adding more Noise Boys.

The Drake is fun but i'll go with the 3° unit of noise marines like you suggest.
They ignore cover too and from the first turn .

We're old, but our codex still have some tricks after all
