Battlefield: dense with large integer buildings, containers, some craters and ruined buildings on the right side, cut in half by a road filled by tank traps and razor wire. Lots of LOS blocking features and few fire corridors.
Deployment: Chaos deploys first, nesting daemons and obliterators on a high ruin on the right side, swarming the left buildings with spawns, sorceror and Lord Rakshar with the ilfiltrated cultist horde, accross a big container dumpyard. Bikers are left in the middle by the road, as a fast link to support either side of the field.
Marines deployed as a disciplinated line intermingling rhinos and biker units.
The Loyalists manage to rob the initiative!!
It is not night.
Turn 1:
As a wave, bikers and rhinos begin a daring advance on the left side, hoping to deliver a deadly and precise deepstrike with the terminators in the next turn. On the right side a rhino with tactical is left to protect an important objective.
Some sparse shooting wound some spawns and see the small cultists unit going to ground, losing a couple of their numbers.
Chaos retaliates in force, with spawns jumping on the bikers, supported by sorcerous wails of death, the unrelenting fire of obliterators, nurgle bikers and a fiery storm from the infiltrated cultists and Lord Rakshar. When the melee erupts, only the two wounded captains and 4 bikers are there to fight in the name of the Emperor!
Turn 2:
The first terminator unit arrive, landing between the small cultist unit and the large building occupied by Lord Rakshar and his mob. Rhinos advance on the whole battlefield and disgorge marines upon marines: a roaring cascade of fire falls upon any chaos unit still unengaged! Cultists die and fall back, the occupied storehouse is shaken by countless mass-reactive shells, some chaos bikers are left dying on the ground...but in the end the Gods protected their own, and cultists aside, no one else flees the board or takes severe punishment. Chaotic firepower obliterates a full tactical squad and its rhino, while the cultists mob and Lord Rakshar drown the terminators under an unbearable weight of promethium and bullets: all the proud veterans die scorched and filled by metal slugs... the melee rages on, leaving just a Marine Captain alive; the rest of the bikers are slaughtered by mindless spawns, but the Chaos Sorceror is cut in half by a deadly relic blade strike!
Turn 3:
Yet another terminator unit arrive and still more bolter fire pours into the obliterators, cultists and spawns, to no avail: wise use of cover and sheer resilience save the traitors from the worst and honly a handful of cultists and a spawn are left on the ground. The mutilator deepstrike behind a rhino and its nearby Tac squad, while obliterators wreck another transport and the spawns end their vicious work, butchering the Marine Captain. Then they charge again, wasting a tactical squad and taking just some flesh wounds in return. Terminators, instead, are drown in bodies by a thundering charge of the cultist mob, led by Lord Rakshar himself! Only one of the proud marines resis the onslaught and keep fighting a battle with no hope!
Turn 4:
At this point, even with some important objectives achieved, the marine force is uneffective and the scant bolter fire and terminator bravery is not enough to win the battle. While the terminator is trampled by corrupted feet and the last rhino is torn apart by the mutilator, ten grim marines level their bolters against a fast approaching tide of spawns and maniac bikers: they are resolved to die in the Emperor's name, and they will!
Turn 5:
the battlefield is littered by the charred and maimed corpses of astartes and mutant rabble. Lord Rakshar laugh for a moment and then begins to orchestrate the recovery of some valuables and the gene-seed harvest from the dead Imperial Fists...

POST GAME ANALYSIS
I think the battle was severely unbalanced, due to the wacky nature of the loyalist army. Also, my opponent severely underestimated the spawns and got crippled by them, unable to shake off their tentacles! Terminators where also uneffective as my cultists bubblewrapped the crucial melee with the bikers and forced them to waste shots and powerfists on squishy human bodies.
At the end, bikers and spawns tore the heart of the enemy army, leavng just some stragglers to mop up.
It has to be noted, tough, that pointwise, the game was almost tied by the marines (8 chaos – 6 marines), thanks to their army wise Objective secured and wide deployment: only their inability to stay alive vanished their hope of victory.
