I like this list, i would swap a psychic power for shield though. sure FnP is good - but most attacks that would ignore your armour will ignore your FNP. So its good to have a bit more defence to so you can make it in!

Other than that - seems balanced and a little fluffy.

I like it. Has a decent amount of most things in it. the only thing I would change in it though is the second assault squad. It's special weapons are all over the place. Also plasma pistol is on the sergeant there which is a bad idea. That thing blows up and that's your LD9 and power weapon off the table. I'd change that squad to carry 2 flamers and if you want that unit to have some bit of anti tank give the sarge meltabombs. that makes that squad 220pts so you've 10pts to play with :)
