10x tactical marines, Powerfist, flamer, missile launcher, rhino 245pts with extra armour
8x Bikes, two melta guns, attack bike with multimelta, Power fist 310pts
8x Bikes, two melta guns, attack bike with multimelta, Power fist 310pts

Fast Attack
Landspeeder Storm 50pts

Since you don't get second attack, use some weapon denying it to you. Or a storm shield.

I'd like to see a special close combat weapon on Sarge. Or they won't last, I'm afraid.

IMHO extra armour is overrated.

Two Typhoons can be crippled with a single lucky autocannon shooting so I won't say squadroning them is a good idea.

I'd recommend you to drop one storm, split Typhoons into different slots, equip one scout squad for shooting (snipers/ML/cloaks) and give other scout squad PW/PF/meltabombs/combi-melta - you name it.

ok, rewritten the list, on the first one I paid the points for a storm shield on the captain but didn't post it up. Anyway here is list two:

Scouts x 5, Power fist, combi melta, 110pts
Tactical Marines x 10, Power fist, flamer, missile launcher, rhino 230pts
8x Bikes, two melta guns, attack bike with multimelta, Power fist 310pts
8x Bikes, two melta guns, attack bike with multimelta, Power fist 310pts

Fast Attack
Land Speeder Storm 50pts
Land Speeder Typhoon 90pts

I think if you find a way to add in Rifleman dreads, it will give you more of the shooting punch... Also, I think the Capt is a bit of overkill since bikers ain't that killy unless you're running a command squad.

Here is a list at 1500pts that I am going to try in 2 weeks, its an allied forces tournament, where you can take allies in support of your mandatory HQ and Troop requirements....

Play tested 4 games so far, with a win over Tyranids, a decisive win over Imperial Guard, a (very close) loss against Marines, and a complete blowout loss against Necrons.

Fluff wise for the army I see it as a raiding force hence no heavy tanks and dreds. The captain is told out to give me something that will achieve some results in the cc phase.

Had another play arround with the list to this:

Land Speeder Storm with MM 65pts
Land Speeder HF/MM 70pts
Land Speeder Typhoon 90pts

I am not sold on the captain and i am thinking about dropping some of his gear and changing the second Land Speeder to the HF/MM config to get the points to change the rhino to a razorback. Any views on that??

Actually looking through my list and Codex again, and I decided to drop my scouts and give my Tactical Squads a Rhino with Storm Bolter
