Comes in at 1500. Everybody can infiltrate except the boss who will be in reserve.

In a perfect world I would like to set up the preds close together and invite the enemy to face off then refuse that flank and mop up. The preds weapons are long enough ranged to always get in the fight.

Only one pred, the raptors and one squad of cultists to go!

looks good, very similar to one a mate of mine ran for a good while and had loads of success with.

Word of warning though, cultists do crumble very quickly unless supported by something in CC. Daemonettes are good for this as they are pretty inexpensive and can rend.

Also if your taking LC's then strength aint really needed that much as your re-rolling to wound anyways. I'd personally just drop both and go for Fists on the asp champs. S8 is always better.

And if you wanna be really evil make the lord a cheap speed luietenant with dark blade and infilgay. So very mean but very effective for sniping enemy tanks and dev type squads. plus he can cost naff all.
yeah the termie lord doesn't seem to fit into the list and powerfists would give you more versatility in your squads so they dont get held up by a single dred or monsterous creature.
You are probably right and I might change some of this for the future. The lieutenant with a darkblade is similar to a charachter in my wordbearers.

The boss fits in in that he is always aboard ship awaiting call forward in support, but he is mainly in because I like the model and another expansion plan is for a squad of terminators to accompany him.

I don't know about powerfists though, I am hoping any one of the seven melta guns can take care of any dreds but then I was always an optimist!
