i've noticed that the 13th company doesn't have the counter attack rule?, or am i missing someone? or do the special rules from codex: space wolves apply to the 13th company as well?

First Paragraph below Special Rules (bold headline) :

"A 13th Company warband makes use of the special rules as described in Codex : Space Marines and Codex : Space Wolves, except that they may not use the Drop Pods special rule."
