Maybe change the Deffkoptas to Wartrakks but that would take a lot of time and money.

Give the Nob with the Big Choppa a Power Klaw instead.

Orks need as many Power Klaws as they can get.

Also, Big Shootas on the Deffkoptas seems like a waste. You have lots of S5 Dakka in the bikes. Rokkits would be more effective.
Running the Koptas in units of 4 is usually fail. One dies, fail leadership, they run away.
Id try going with 3 units of 2 Koptas, all with Rokkits.
