Hey guys. I'm pretty new to chaos and am trying to make a competitive 1000 list for a tourney. I want to go duel lash princes with a duel vindicators. But I'm not sure what to do for troops. Any help would be much appreciated.

well first off is this a competitive list (tournaments) or friendly (local)?

if its the later id recommend dropping the lash princes...maybe lash sorcerers with wings...

but anyways,

well nOiSe marines are a nice, but expensive, penny

personally regular CSM with 2 flamers / 2 meltas in rhinos are just as good.

cult troops are in general better for a specific use (bezerkers for CC for I.E.)

Sry, This list is for a tourney at a local shop. People tend to bring really competitive lists so I want mine to be as competitive as possible.

Use plague marines in squads of six with double melta or plasma, a champ with fist in a rhino with extra armor

Or use ten berzerkers with a fisting champion. For fluff just call them either devouts of slaanesh or vanguard of ectasy, in order.

I don't have my codex with me so I gatta check the points, but how does that sound? Is it competitive or am I ganna get tabled?

sounds good

pending how many points youve spent / have left id suggest:

1)bumping up the PM squad

2)adding a CSM squad & rhino

3) adding oblits

Honestly, if you want to go pure Slaanesh it can be quite effective.
Run 2 units of 5 Noise Marines in Rhino's with nothing but a Blastmaster.
Gives you 2 more high strength low ap blasts.

I wrote a list somewhere that was quite cheesy, ill see if i can find it.
