I am a CSM player, and I'm looking at starting up a second army. I really like my Chaos bikers, so a Ravenwing army seems like a good fit. I am trying to maximize MSU-based flexibility with this army, since I play mostly Maelstrom missions.

Daemonkin and Orks might be able to overwhelm you with numbers, it might be worth taking some heavy bolters on those attack bikes since you have anti-armour covered with grav in four squads. Not really sure what you could do with the 40 points though, maybe Veteran Sergeant upgrades for the Bike squads since they're small numbers.

Do you have a strong Flier presence or are you just going to ignore what there is?

I'm used to just ignoring them, but the CSM don't have a lot of Anti-Flier options.

Do you think it would be worth it to make room for a Ravenwing Silence Squadron, for some Anti-Air and extra Dakka?

Extra Dakka is always a good thing to bring. The bikes have twin linked Bolters as it is, but, a heavy Bolter on the Attack Bikes wouldn't hurt. Vet Sgt upgrade on the bike sergeants would be rather ideal to help if/when you wind up in close combat.

DA fliers did get better with the recent 'Dex, though to be honest I ignore Fliers pretty habitually. BA players in-Codex only have flakk and Stormravens for anti-air and flakk is a joke most of the time while Stormravens are expensive (despite me owning two).

To be honest I would make room for anything else, this list is too samey for my personal taste. CSM could take a couple squads of Noise Marines (every CSM player in my meta uses these bastards). Anything with Ignores Cover and AP3 would absolutely ruin your day, even just getting you to Jink ruins a lot about your list even with twin-linked snap shots.

EDIT: just realized you are the CSM player, but my point stands. IC ruins a bike army's day.

It heartens me to hear a Marine player saying something similar to me. My BA often shows in my advice to other Chapter's Generals.

Blastmasters cost a lot of points (and $$$), while their effectiveness can be severely limited by proper unit spacing. A Heldrake with a Baleflamer would be much more dangerous to an all-bike army.

So I have two alternative lists, based on feedback:

Option #1:

Ravenwing Strike Force
HQs:

Sammael on Corvex

Elites:

Ravenwing Command Squad (6-man)
Apothecary
Ravenwing Company Standard
Company Champion w/ Meltabombs

Fast Attack:

Black Knights (3-man)

Black Knights (3-man)

Black Knights (3-man)

Ravenwing Bike Squad (3-man w/ additional Attack Bike)
Veteran Sargent
2x Grav Gun
Attack Bike

Ravenwing Bike Squad (3-man w/ additional Attack Bike)
Veteran Sargent
2x Grav Gun
Attack Bike

Ravenwing Bike Squad (3-man w/ additional Attack Bike)
Veteran Sargent
2x Grav Gun
Attack Bike

Ravenwing Bike Squad (3-man w/ additional Attack Bike)
Veteran Sargent
2x Grav Gun
Attack Bike

Option #2

Ravenwing Strike Force
HQs:

Sammael on Corvex

Elites:

Ravenwing Command Squad (6-man)
Apothecary

Fast Attack:

Black Knights (4-man)

Ravenwing Bike Squad (4-man w/ additional Attack Bike)
2x Grav Gun
Attack Bike w/ MultiMelta

Ravenwing Bike Squad (4-man w/ additional Attack Bike)
2x Grav Gun
