Full Command HQ for my praetorian Guard army.
Many people have asked why the second banner is bare - its not a mistake, its intentional. Imperial eagles (french or Roman) often went into battle without a banner.
Its a shame I have to explain it - maybe I should have made the Eagle larger and more
